Miyuki 6\/0 seed beads in Silver Lined Blue Zircon accentuate the colors in the yarn perfectly.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBeads are optional and, as charted, the shawl uses 851 beads in one color.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe sample piece measures a whopping 70” x 30” (177 x 76cm) and uses approximately 700 yards (640m) of fingering weight yarn.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGauge is not critical, but will affect the final dimensions and the amount of yarn used. It’s measured AFTER blocking in garter stitch.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor intermediate to advanced knitters.
